We are semi-staffed daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

If arriving outside these hours, please inform us in advance.

• If arriving after 11:00 PM, please notify us in advance.
• For arrivals after midnight, self check-in instructions will be sent 2–3 days before arrival.

• A passport or government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
• Thai law requires us to report all guests to the local district office and immigration bureau.
• The number of guests must match the reservation.

Early check-in is subject to availability.

• Hourly fees apply (same rates as late check-out):
  Standard Room (no kitchen): 100 THB per hour
  Studio with kitchen & bunk bed: 150 THB per hour
  Two-Bedroom Suite & Extended Stay Unit: 200 THB per hour

• No visitors after 10:00 PM or before 8:00 AM
• After 10:00 PM, only guests named on the reservation may remain in the apartment

Rooms are sparkling clean upon arrival.
During your stay : room touch-up every other day.
Weekly stays : 2 touch-ups per week.
Monthly stays : 2 touch-ups per week.
Cleaning service does not include personal laundry.

Yes, towels are provided according to the number of registered guests.

We provide a coin-operated washing machine 60 THB per cycle
Approx. 45 minutes per cycle

Receiving Packages

You may receive post or parcels during your stay. 

• Please use the correct address
• Include your full name and apartment number
• Packages will be held at the front desk for collection.
• Direct delivery to apartments is not possible.

You may order food delivery services.

• Please Include your apartment number in the order
• Collect your order from reception or the main entrance
• Drivers cannot deliver directly to apartments.

Airport transfers can be arranged via a third-party provider.
From or to Phuket International Airport:
Car: 700 THB
Van / SUV: 1,000 THB

Alternatively, we recommend using Grab or Bolt for competitive pricing.
Car rentals are also widely available.

If you booked directly on our official website:

• Date changes are allowed (subject to availability)
• Bookings cannot be cancelled
• No refunds will be issued

Full booking amount will be charged if cancelled

If you booked via an OTA or third party:

• Please contact them directly. Their cancellation policy will apply.
